The Darwin Awards

My love for this site (darwinawards.com) was rekindled by my purchase of Darwin Awards 3.
If you don't know what a Darwin is, let me read you a passage from the book which explains the concept:
Darwin Awards are bestowed upon individuals who improve our gene pool by
removing themselves from it in a spectacularly stupid manner. They involve
themselves in situations that a person with even a modicum of common sense would
avoid, and their subsequent and predictable demise removes a set of
judgment-impared genes from circulation, thereby ensuring the long-term survival
of the human race -- which contains one less idiot.

Some of you may frown upon the fact that I laugh at these miserable folks; but I'm no hypocrite, if I meet my demise in an Darwin-worthy spectacle, it would be my honour to bring about a few laughs at the end of it.

Schooool's Out For Summer!!!

But now I'm in limbo.
The first problem was deciding whether or not to stay in Toronto or move to my parents' house in Barrie for the summer.

Live in Barrie:
Pro - No Rent
Con - Would have to report to parents
Pro - Can spend some quality time with my little brother who is back from Florida
Con - Would have to spend time with my little brother (haha, just joking... not really... keke)
Pro - Could possibly save money this summer
Con - What kind of employment opportunites are in Barrie?
Pro - I wouldn't have to worry about buying groceries
Con - Everything tastes like Kimchi... *eeewww...

Live in Toronto:
Pro - Near friends
Con - Everyone is moving out of the house - me and a bunch of boarders?! eeew.
Pro - Parents cannot nag me ALL day long (just over the phone and when they're in town)
Con - Pay rent? Possibly beg parents for rent monies
Pro - I'm already paying for a gym membership in Toronto... ought to use it
Con - I haven't made use of it yet...
