The Beat Goes On...
So... now the summer begins. Sort of.
I still have about a million and one things to sort out.
Housemates are driving me up the wall. They're nice enough - but soooooo messy. Men can be dirty but women can be nasty!
Now it is time to choose the paint colour of my room. I am trying to decide between blue or yellow. I am leaning towards yellow.
Never painted walls before - Luckily, I have an experienced friend who I am bullying into helping me.
** The plan is to pretend like I'm gonna be useful until the work actually begins... and then make a dash for it until my room looks fabulous!!! **
[Unfortunately, I think that the fellow might be reading this...]
Went to BEBA LOUNGE last night with some girlfriends. I thought I had never been there before... but after stepping inside, I quickly realized that I had...
These memory lapses are all too familiar... I think that it might be my old age!!!
CONFESSION: I found the first gray hair a couple weeks ago!!! Yikes... (Okay... it wasn't really gray... but it wasn't as black as my other hairs...)
ALSO: I have changed MSN emails again... sorry about the inconvenience. You can scrap ALL the other ones from the past :-) I promise I won't be changing emails anymore...............

According to some psychologists, studies have shown that the working memory (a.k.a. short-term memory) of a adult person has the capacity of holding seven plus or minus two items...a couple of things can happen from there i) with repeated rehearsal, the information can then move into your long-term memory or perhaps ii) you are learning things at such a phenomenal rate (10+ items) that new information bumps out the old before it gets a chance to make it to your long-term memory. With prior knowledge of CK, I come to the likely conclusion that CK never paid attention in the first place thereby squelching any hope of any meaningful events or converations being stored anywhere in CK's memory...*quel surprise!
therefore...it has NOTHING to do with your old age! though I don't deny that you are old...
and...no better time than now to dye your hair black (to take care of all those unsightly whitish/grayish/not so black hairs)- just like you've been saying for the past year...remember??
Your friend for as long as you can remember,
Donnie
I said "experienced". Duh!!!
:-)
